# UI speed

Is it typical to see the slow response in the UI of Bluemail for Windows? There does not appear to be anything in the configuration that would impact response time other than possibly controlling the immediate display of images.

The issue with UI speed in BlueMail for Windows is the way they sync and what is retained offline / local go your PC. I have not found a way to modify it and fid address it with support and don't expect it to change any time soon. I stopped using it in Windows as a result, it remains my platform of choice in Android though.
